Description
- For the removal, filtration and treatment of fumes, in facilities where intermittent welding, such as spot-welding, continuous thread welding or continuous arc welding, is carried out.
- The extracted fumes pass through a plenum which reduces the speed, and the particles are caught by filters having metal and acrylic components that guarantee a high level of efficiency.
Construction characteristics:
- Compact and easily handled structure, made of painted sheet steel.
- Equipped with high quality wheels to make it easy to move.
- IP-65 electric control panel, with stop-start switch and pilot lights to indicate operation and blocked filters.
- Centrifugal fan with powerful intake and 400V motor. 50Hz, soundproofed.
- Section with metal and acrylic filters with class F-9 filtering (EPA model) or HEPA H-12 filter (EPA-H model)
- Articulated arm 3 m long and 160 mm in diameter, with multidirectional aluminium collector and built-in closure

- Active carbon filter (10 kg), installed in the clean air outlet, to purify the air.
